The View
This new build for a private client was designed by Thomas Croft Architects of London.
Situated just yards from the seafront in Burnham Overy Staithe, Featuring an advanced flood protection system, designed in collaboration with Symmetrys, it combines screw piling and reinforced concrete to achieve flood resistance up to the first floor.
Getting out of the ground was the hard bit! The rest flew up!
Combining a traditional exterior with an ultra modern interior, Sea Marsh enjoys beautiful views of the ocean mere yards away.
Finished Project
Seamarsh replicated the footprint and height of the property it replaced, but has an additional 40% floor area.
