Brancaster Extension

This property was bought similar to the new Tayberry project a bungalow we wanted to modernise and extend.

Going Up

This project was a simple ‘go up’ extension. We moved the kitchen and living areas upstairs, to take advantage of the views of Brancaster beach and Royal West Golf Club.

Final

We finished the project and are happy to say it sold very quickly. Real stone floor in areas downstairs, oak engineered flooring upstairs, and high quality carpet in the bedrooms.
